Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities related to line design projects
• Assist in contract preparation, negotiation, and administration for LD scopes
• Monitor project expenditure and cost variations while providing regular financial reports
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate measurement and valuation of work done
• Process valuations, variations, and interim payment certificates timely and accurately
• Maintain detailed records of all contract documentation and correspondence
• Assist in resolving contractual issues and claims related to LD projects
• Support senior quantity surveyors in managing overall project cost control

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, cost control, and quantity take-offs
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working in PMC/PMO or Consultant Companies
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
