Quantity Surveyor Graduate

Responsibilities

• Support the QS & CM team with cost planning, estimation, and feasibility studies for building and infrastructure projects
• Perform quantity take-offs from design drawings using digital measurement tools
• Assist in procurement and tendering processes, including preparing Bills of Quantities and tender documentation
• Support contract administration by evaluating variations, assessing contractor claims, and maintaining change control logs
• Conduct site visits to verify progress, quantities executed, and compliance with contract scope
• Prepare monthly commercial reports, including budget status, cash flow projections, and risk registers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• 0-3 years of experience in buildings, infrastructure, or mixed-use construction
• Proficient in reading civil, architectural, and structural drawings
• Strong knowledge of cost management principles and understanding of FIDIC contracts
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with QS software like CostX, Bluebeam, or Candy is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail
