Quantity Surveyor & Draftsman

Responsibilities

Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for infrastructure and utilities projects
• Monitor project costs, track variations, and prepare interim and final payment certificates
• Review and analyse contract documents, tender submissions, and subcontractor invoices for cost compliance
• Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost control and reporting
• Assist in the preparation of monthly progress reports, cost forecasts, and cash flow projections

Draftsman

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and layout plans for infrastructure and utilities projects
• Coordinate with site engineers and design teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications
• Update and revise drawings based on site changes and technical queries

Requirements

Quantity Surveyor

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 4–6 years of experience in the GCC/UAE, specifically in Road, Infra, and Utilities
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, measurement standards, and local authority regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and cost management software

Draftsman

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Drafting
• 4–6 years of experience in the GCC/UAE, specifically in infrastructure and utilities projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of BIM/Revit is a plus
