Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Support subcontractor procurement activities including sourcing, evaluation, comparison, and finalization of vendors for ID fit-out projects
• Assist in the preparation and review of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates
• Coordinate with project and design teams to ensure accurate commercial inputs throughout the project lifecycle
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements for cost analysis
• Monitor project costs and budgets, highlighting variances and supporting cost control measures
• Assist in contract administration, including the preparation of subcontract agreements and tracking compliance
• Review and verify subcontractor invoices and payment applications against project progress
• Maintain accurate records of procurement, contracts, and project cost documentation for audit purposes
• Support estimation and tendering activities by providing quantity take-offs and pricing inputs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying specifically within ID fit-out contracting companies
• Strong knowledge of subcontractor procurement processes
