About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimations for building and infrastructure projects
- Manage budgeting and project cost control processes
- Handle contract administration, including BOQs, variations, and claims
- Maintain thorough project documentation and follow reporting procedures
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in building and infrastructure sectors
- Proven expertise in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and budgeting
- Extensive experience in contract administration, BOQ handling, variations, and claims
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant Quantity Surveying software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Immediate availability in the UAE is highly preferred
