Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQ breakdowns for fit-out and finishing works
Develop and review BOQs with a focus on interior finishing packages
Interpret drawings, specifications, and material systems to identify required scope
Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams for accurate material listings
Evaluate variations, scope changes, and assess commercial impacts
Measure completed works for interim payments, valuations, and claims
Prepare cost reports, budgets, and progress financial tracking
Support commercial control throughout the project lifecycle

6–10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Strong background in interior fit-out or finishing works, preferably luxury projects
Excellent knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs
Ability to interpret architectural and interior drawings
Strong analytical skills for variations and cost control
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong command of English and Arabic
Must reside in KSA and hold a valid iqama

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
Professional certification such as MRICS or RICS
Familiarity with fit-out materials and interior systems
