Quantity Surveying/Cost Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in cost management commissions including cost estimates, bills of quantities, and value engineering
• Support tendering, evaluation, and contract knowledge tasks
• Prepare cost reports and conduct cost assessments and valuations
• Support document collation and administration
• Perform basic measurements
• Coordinate meetings and draft minutes
• Support ad hoc tasks as requested

Requirements

• Degree in quantity surveying, cost management/engineering, construction management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 months internship duration
• Knowledge of cost management and project management concepts, tools, and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
