Quantity Surveying Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all quantity surveying and commercial activities across multiple infrastructure projects
• Manage budgeting, cost planning, forecasting, and financial control processes
• Oversee contract administration, including valuations, variations, claims, and dispute resolution
• Develop and implement procurement strategies and subcontractor management plans
• Identify commercial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Lead, mentor, and develop Quantity Surveyors and junior commercial staff
• Prepare and present detailed commercial and financial reports to senior management
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline
• 10–15 years of relevant experience within infrastructure projects
• Proven experience working within the UAE or GCC region
• In-depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts and contract administration
• Strong expertise in commercial reporting, cost control, and budgeting
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
