Quantity Survey Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all quantity surveying activities related to line design projects
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports specific to LD scopes
• Oversee contract management, including the review, negotiation, and administration of contracts
• Monitor project progress and costs, identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions
• Evaluate and manage variations, claims, and change orders effectively
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the quantity surveying team
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in quantity surveying within construction projects
• Specific exposure to line design projects
• Strong knowledge of contract management, cost control, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office tools
• Experience working in PMC/PMO or Consultant Companies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Saudi construction industry standards and regulations
