Quantity Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and monitoring of the project budget
• Assist in developing data and estimation parameters for implementation cost calculation
• Perform cost checking and revision when required
• Prepare pre-measurements for the project's construction works
• Collect necessary specifications for market research and procurement promotion
• Coordinate and monitor contractual obligations of partners, including designers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Prepare and check certifications and accounts for subcontractors
• Collect data for project progress reports and schedule revisions

Requirements

• University degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• 10 to 15 years of experience in road, tunnel, and bridge projects
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
