Quantitative Trader

Responsibilities

• Improve current strategies while identifying and acting upon new opportunities
• Work closely with researchers and technologists to identify ways of structurally improving trading PnL
• Optimize trading volumes with respect to exchange fee schedules
• Maintain and improve codebases related to production strategies and generate metrics for analysis
• Monitor trading activities and troubleshoot problems that arise in day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Full-time experience in the trading industry and familiarity with central limit order books
• Strong proficiency in Python and a working knowledge of SQL
• Excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to work across a broad range of tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the crypto industry, particularly in delta-1 products
• Experience at a top-tier trading firm
