Quantitative Researcher

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and validate high-quality quantitative trading signals for crypto markets
• Lead the full strategy development lifecycle, from hypothesis generation to live deployment
• Monitor live trading performance, risk exposures, and strategy robustness
• Continuously refine and enhance existing models based on performance and market dynamics
• Develop dashboards and analytics to support monitoring and analysis of the Mid-Frequency strategy portfolio
• Maintain clear and concise documentation of research methodologies, results, and improvements
• Communicate findings, risks, and strategy updates effectively to internal stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in quantitative finance, trading, or a related field
• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Engineering
• Strong foundation in statistics and quantitative analysis
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL
• Proven ability to work with large-scale, mid- or high-frequency time-series datasets
• Proficiency in Linux-based environments and familiarity with production research workflows
• Independent, self-driven mindset with strong collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of developing and deploying successful systematic trading strategies
• Solid understanding of crypto market structure and digital asset fundamentals
• Experience integrating research outputs into live trading systems
