Quantitative Researcher

Responsibilities

• Research and develop alpha signals with predictive power over short-term horizons
• Contribute to the design and improvement of price models, quoting models, and trading logic for live strategies
• Perform post-trade and execution analysis to identify inefficiencies and improve decision-making
• Monitor live strategies and deliver data-driven improvements to increase performance and PnL
• Build and improve research infrastructure, including alpha libraries, backtesting frameworks, and analytical tooling

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in quantitative research or systematic trading
• Experience in HFT, market making, or execution-focused roles at a top buy-side firm
• High proficiency working with order book data and exchange trading mechanics
• Strong interest in crypto markets
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and solve complex market structure problems
