Quantitative Research and Strategy, Healthcare AI Associate

Responsibilities

• Design and build systems to transform unstructured data into usable, structured representations like knowledge graphs and embeddings
• Develop and deploy AI-driven workflows including LLM pipelines and retrieval systems
• Collaborate with the investment team to integrate data-driven insights into investment strategies
• Combine healthcare, financial, and data analytics insights into actionable narratives
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively
• Ensure data quality and integrity through best practices in collection, processing, and storage

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM, finance, or economics field
• 2+ years of experience working with unstructured data in AI systems
• Experience with NLP workflows, knowledge graphs, or vector databases
• Proficiency with Spark (pyspark), SQL, and Python
• Familiarity with modern AI/LLM tooling such as RAG and prompt pipelines
• Must be based in Massachusetts or willing to relocate
• Must be able to work on a hybrid schedule out of the Boston office
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
