Quantitative Investment Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior investment professionals to translate strategic priorities into analytical solutions and automation opportunities
• Support the Investment team in monitoring existing investments and underwriting new opportunities
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows for reliable data ingestion and transformation
• Develop and enhance the firm’s investment data layer to make information structured and actionable
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, behavioral patterns, and performance drivers
• Design, validate, and operationalize analytical models and AI-enabled tools for asset allocation and risk assessment
• Maintain strong documentation and adhere to data governance and compliance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or investment research
• Experience with Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development
• Strong programming skills for building analytical workflows and data pipelines
• Experience with modern data infrastructure such as Snowflake
• Solid understanding of financial markets, portfolio construction, and risk concepts
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with business intelligence platforms like Power BI
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience applying machine learning or AI tools in production
• Experience with agentic workflows using tools like Copilot Studio or Claude
• Familiarity with LLM ecosystems, RAG, vector databases, and agent frameworks
• Exposure to investment manager research or portfolio analytics
