Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and execute tools and processes for business operations and business development
- Manage internal and external communication to partners and vendors regarding business compliance and trading operations
- Conduct research to evaluate new business opportunities
- Build dashboards, predictive models, and other tools to inform data-driven business decisions
- Improve communication, code, and other necessary elements across research, technology, and operations functions
Requirements
- 0-5 years of experience in an analytical role
- Proficiency in Python coding, specifically for scripting and automation
- Proficiency in data mining, extraction, and organization of raw data from various sources
- Technical capability in computing, such as algorithmic design in C++ or a strong desire to learn it
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
