About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and calibrate various analytical models to support financial products and business analysis.
  • Perform highly complex activities related to mathematical modeling and business analysis.
  • Utilize Python, R, SAS, C++, and SQL to execute statistical and mathematical models.
  • Provide analytical support and actionable insights regarding a wide array of business initiatives.
  • Analyze workflow processes and recommend improvements for risk management.
  • Collaborate with peers, managers, and regulators to resolve issues and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Quantitative Analytics experience (or equivalent through work experience, training, or education).
  • Master's degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, physics, engineering, computer science, economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SAS, C++, or SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical and mathematical modeling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Generative AI concepts (LLMs, embeddings, prompt-based systems) and prototyping.
  • Understanding of Responsible AI principles, including fairness, explainability, and data privacy.
  • Exposure to deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
  • Experience with big data ecosystems like Spark, Hadoop, or Teradata.
  • Banking domain familiarity in areas such as deposits, loans, cards, mortgage, or wealth management.
  • Experience with end-to-end deployment practices, including CI/CD integration and model lifecycle tooling.
