Quant Strategist

Responsibilities

• Design and develop production code for trading strategies, including pricing models, execution logic, and performance optimization.
• Analyze and incorporate market signals into trading systems to enhance decision-making and performance outcomes.
• Advance the existing codebase by proposing new solutions, optimizations, and improvements.
• Participate in rapid prototyping of cutting-edge trading solutions driven by quantitative analysis and market research.
• Respond quickly and accurately to rapidly changing market conditions by solving mathematical and coding challenges.
• Collaborate closely with researchers, traders, and system engineers to align with trading goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a technical field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
• 3+ years of experience in a quantitative or programming role, preferably within finance or trading.
• Proficient programming skills in Python.
• Strong mathematical foundation in areas such as Linear Algebra, Statistics, Optimization, or Numerical Methods.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to react to fast-paced market environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of C++.
• Experience with Machine Learning, Signal Processing, or High-Performance Computing.
• Deep interest in financial markets and trading mechanisms.
