Quant Analytics Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver quantitative problem solving and analytical research for key pricing initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analytics professionals.
• Design and implement scalable data analytics processes to optimize business outcomes.
• Conduct extensive analysis of pricing functionality, settings, and customer behavior.
• Perform hypothesis testing and advanced experimental design, including A/B and multivariate tests.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Marketing, to drive impactful results.
• Solve unstructured business problems using multiple analytics and statistical techniques.

Requirements

• Graduate or post-graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or Data Analytics).
• 6+ years of hands-on analytics experience in banking strategic analytics.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with visualization and data tools including Tableau and Alteryx.
• Strong statistical and econometric foundation, including experience with elasticity estimation, A/B testing, and causal inference.
• Solid skills in advanced analytics using SAS, Python, or R.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex models for senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in big data ETL processes for structured and unstructured databases.
• Professional experience with AWS, Spark/EMR, Snowflake, or ChatGPT.
• Experience in people leadership, including recruiting, coaching, and performance management.
• Exposure to enterprise AI enablement and LLM-assisted workflows.
• Understanding of IT processes and the ability to work directly with data custodians.
