Quality/Production Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality production activities across suppliers, workshops, and sites
• Act as the primary quality interlocutor for Batch Managers
• Define and implement project quality plans throughout the product lifecycle
• Ensure product and process compliance with standards and client requirements
• Conduct internal and supplier audits and manage corrective action plans
• Analyze non-conformities using problem-solving methodologies like 8D, QRQC, and Ishikawa
• Provide quality support to project, design, and production teams
• Monitor quality indicators and report to management and clients
• Contribute to continuous improvement and certification processes (EN 9100, ISO 9001)

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering with a focus on quality, mechanics, materials, or industrial engineering
• Approximately 3 years of experience in project, product, or supplier quality
• Experience in aerospace, space, defense, or high-tech industries preferred
• Proficiency in quality tools such as AMDEC, 8D, Pareto, and surveillance plans
• Knowledge of industrial processes and normative frameworks (EN 9100, ISO 9001, APQP/PPAP)
• Skills in risk analysis and regulatory compliance management
• Professional proficiency in English
