Quality Workplace Coach

Responsibilities

• Coach Quality inspectors on best practices in inspection techniques and performance improvement across various manufacturing areas
• Analyze and interpret performance and quality data to identify improvement opportunities
• Support problem-solving processes and develop innovative solutions to meet area quality goals
• Assist Quality managers and team leads with Structured On-the-Job Training (SOJT) plans
• Provide subject matter expertise and positive modeling to help team members excel
• Foster inclusive interpersonal relationships and provide timely feedback on performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing experience
• 5+ years of experience in aircraft manufacturing assembly processes and procedures
• 5+ years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, or specifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Quality inspection experience in areas such as Structures, Seal, Flightline, Electrical, or Hydraulics
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
