About the role
Responsibilities
- Coach Quality inspectors on best practices in inspection techniques and performance improvement across various manufacturing areas
- Analyze and interpret performance and quality data to identify improvement opportunities
- Support problem-solving processes and develop innovative solutions to meet area quality goals
- Assist Quality managers and team leads with Structured On-the-Job Training (SOJT) plans
- Provide subject matter expertise and positive modeling to help team members excel
- Foster inclusive interpersonal relationships and provide timely feedback on performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing experience
- 5+ years of experience in aircraft manufacturing assembly processes and procedures
- 5+ years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, or specifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Quality inspection experience in areas such as Structures, Seal, Flightline, Electrical, or Hydraulics
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
