Quality Workplace Coach

Responsibilities

• Coach Quality inspectors on best practices in inspection techniques and performance improvement
• Oversee Structured On-the-Job Training (SOJT) plans and provide advanced skills coaching
• Analyze and interpret performance and quality data to identify improvement opportunities
• Support problem solving by developing and documenting innovative solutions for area quality goals
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise in various inspection methods and quality processes
• Foster positive interpersonal relationships and provide timely feedback to help team members excel
• Create and maintain web portals and content related to quality processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector
• 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of experience in aircraft manufacturing working with assembly processes and procedures
• 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or technical specifications

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Specialized inspection experience in areas such as Structures, Systems, Electrical, or Hydraulics
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Strong analytical, communication, and visual project creation skills
