Quality Training Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide training expertise to ensure continued compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Manage the divisional Learning Management System (LMS), including user accounts and training assignments.
• Provide direction, guidance, and performance management for the QA Training resources at the site.
• Conduct training needs assessments, gap analyses, and develop/modify QA training materials.
• Interface with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design training in various formats, including instructor-led, computer-based, and on-the-job training.
• Support training needs related to CAPA and audit actions.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to assess the impact of training programs and implement continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Science, Engineering, Human Resources, Business, or Instructional Design (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Medical Device or another FDA-regulated industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in direct resource management.
• Firm knowledge of CFR 820, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971.
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills to interact with all levels of employees and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of learning delivery techniques, tools, and general principles of learning.
• Experience developing and improving existing quality training courses and materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
