Quality & Training Staff

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for AC products, including creating guidance and analyzing claim data
• Follow up on quality issues and conduct field visits to customers
• Act as a MOT (Moment of Truth) Trainer to ensure customer satisfaction
• Create training guidance and conduct training sessions for technicians

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any major (Refrigeration & AC major preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in AC technical support
• Strong communication skills and English fluency
• Deep knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical circuits
• Proficiency in soldering and welding skills
