Quality & Training Program Manager, Mapping Operations

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on Quality & Training and serve as a point of contact for vendor teams to improve operational quality
• Systematically analyze QA data to identify trends, root causes of performance gaps, and own solutions end-to-end
• Partner cross-functionally with other Program Managers to identify critical areas needing Training intervention
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation
• Work with Technical Writers, Subject Matter Experts, and Instructional Designers on the design and development of comprehensive training programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline
• 4+ years of work experience in a scaled operations setup
• 2+ years of experience in Quality and/or Training functions
• Proven collaboration and communication skills working with globally distributed teams and multiple stakeholders
• Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to derive insights and tell a story with data

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical documentation and Training experience
• Experience in Mapping/GIS, Ride-sharing, or supply chain domains
• SQL or other data analytics skills
