About the role
Responsibilities
- Comply with Quality System procedures
- Perform routine equipment verification and calibration
- Perform routine review and quality control of analysis and supporting records
- Maintain and monitor chemical, standard, and reference control materials inventories
- Review instrument qualification and maintenance records (IQ/OQ/PQ/PM)
- Assist with Health and Safety related items
- Maintain and archive laboratory and QA records
- Create and update method schemes and QC codes
- Monitor equipment and supporting systems for compliance
- Maintain staff training records
- Participate in internal audits and for-cause investigations
- Support investigation of non-conformances and customer complaints
Requirements
- BSc. or Diploma in a science discipline
- Previous laboratory experience in ISO/IEC 17025 preferred
- Experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance in a regulated industry preferred
