Quality Technician (Setter)

Responsibilities

• Perform process and product confirmation (4-eyes principle) during minor and major changes
• Define suspect quantities, periods, and findings to identify specific problem locations (station, position, or type)
• Conduct pre-investigations into quality risks and defects
• Monitor SPC trends and alert the team according to the Quality List
• Coordinate timely SEM/EDX or FTIR testing
• Distribute quality alerts and Q-up points and provide training to associates
• Support team investigations by providing quality data, such as measurement data
• Maintain data accuracy in IPN files and ensure 5S and cleanliness standards on the shopfloor

Requirements

• Higher vocational education in Mechatronics or a related field (new graduates are welcome)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of SPC monitoring
• Systematic thinking, self-leadership, and social competence
• Excellent communication skills and a quality-oriented mindset
