Quality Technician MRO

Responsibilities

• Analyze product and process discrepancies and resolve identified findings
• Lead root cause analysis for customer claims and non-conformities, ensuring effective containment, correction, and prevention measures
• Participate in problem-solving sessions and MRO improvement teams
• Develop and analyze monthly quality indices to drive continuous improvement actions
• Support external audits, including Aenor, EASA, civil regulations, and customer audits
• Perform system, process, and product audits to ensure compliance with Quality System requirements
• Assist in the update and simplification of the Quality system based on standards, regulations, and customer needs

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial or Aeronautical Engineering (or other relevant technical disciplines)
• Proven experience in MRO and/or Quality within the aeronautical sector
• Strong knowledge of aeronautical regulations and standards
• High level of English proficiency, both spoken and written
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Proactive mindset with a focus on results and customer orientation
