Quality Technician - Microbiology

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiology testing procedures and quality assurance activities to ensure product conformance
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
• Conduct inspections of incoming items and manage sample and file storage
• Support CAPA investigations and investigate standard product complaints
• Monitor manufacturing processes and participate in continuous improvement projects
• Maintain relevant quality records, documentation, and computer systems
• Execute environmental monitoring programs and track/trend data as required

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of GMP and GLP standards
• Experience or understanding of microbiology testing procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or a closely related discipline
• 0-3 years of relevant professional experience in a laboratory or quality environment
