Quality Technician Manufacturing 3rd

Responsibilities

• Verify product quality using vision, measuring tools, gauges, and fixtures
• Audit processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance
• Conduct various test methods including destructive testing, ultrasonic testing, and cut and etch testing
• Identify and label products and bins with appropriate tags
• Maintain accurate records and logs of quality inspections
• Notify supervision regarding any safety, quality, material, or mechanical issues
• Communicate openly with team members to share job knowledge and progress

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in metal stamping, welding, assembly, and material handling within a manufacturing environment
• Automotive Tier 1 industry experience
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO14001:2015 standards
• Internal auditing skills
• Proficiency with computers and basic mathematics
• Strong problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
