Quality Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct organoleptic and analytical tests at various stages of compounding and packaging to ensure compliance with standards
• Use laboratory instrumentation including pH meters, HPLC, and Malvern Mastersizer
• Submit samples for microbiological testing and maintain accurate test results
• Approve batches for packaging and conforming finished products for shipment
• Place non-conforming products on hold and manage inventory movements in SAP
• Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation
• Prepare reagents and solutions required for testing processes
• Perform GMP, housekeeping, and safety audits to support site quality and safety agendas

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of related Quality Control experience
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment
