About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct organoleptic and analytical tests at various stages of compounding and packaging to ensure compliance with standards
- Use laboratory instrumentation including pH meters, HPLC, and Malvern Mastersizer
- Submit samples for microbiological testing and maintain accurate test results
- Approve batches for packaging and conforming finished products for shipment
- Place non-conforming products on hold and manage inventory movements in SAP
- Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation
- Prepare reagents and solutions required for testing processes
- Perform GMP, housekeeping, and safety audits to support site quality and safety agendas
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of related Quality Control experience
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
