Quality Technician II

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Quality and Supplier Quality processes to meet customer requirements
• Support Customer Returned Goods functions and manage non-conforming material
• Lead the development and direction of Quality Inspectors
• Lead quality plan implementation through data compilation and analysis
• Identify and implement continuous quality improvement activities and support 6S initiatives
• Adapt to changes in work plans, priorities, and management decisions within the manufacturing environment

Requirements

• 1-2 years of related experience in a quality or manufacturing role
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in data modeling and manipulation
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and workmanship standards
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment requiring standing, walking, and use of personal protective equipment
