Quality Technician II

Responsibilities

• Coordinate process and sterilization validation activities with production, warehouse, and Quality Assurance teams
• Perform and document product testing in support of validations and QE tests
• Assist Quality Engineers in preparing protocols and summaries for validation and testing
• Manage the calibration system and coordinate requests with appropriate teammates
• Manage air and temperature monitoring systems and material stored in QE Test locations
• Secure quotes and generate purchase requisitions for 3rd party testing and equipment repairs
• Prepare dunnage and production products for use in EO Sterilization Validation loads
• Support and maintain production process control equipment

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training
• Knowledge of FDA quality system requirements
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to solve practical problems in situations with limited standardization
