Quality Technician II

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming material and parts per quality specifications upon receipt
• Create and complete Quality Standard reports, including NCMRs, SCARs, and CARs, and enter data into the database
• Perform product and workplace audits with documented results
• Control scrap or rejected parts until disposition is determined
• Collect and prepare samples for shipment or testing
• Use gauges and other equipment to measure tolerances and dimensions
• Utilize Material Review Board (MRB) processes, including meetings, report generation, and follow-up
• Practice 5S and safety protocols in a manufacturing environment

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Working knowledge of basic measuring equipment
• Basic math and computer skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to lift 40 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift or reach truck driver certification/experience
• Previous leadership experience
