Quality Technician I-II

Responsibilities

• Conduct required off-line testing for products and measure critical process variables.
• Identify root causes for customer feedback and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform process capability studies and maintain document control for COAs and COCs.
• Apply quality tools and statistical basics to interpret data and define quality processes.
• Track and update safety metrics and KPIs to ensure plant standards are met.
• Lead Safety Monday Huddle Meetings and participate actively in the plant safety program.

Requirements

• At least one year of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with calibration and operation of test equipment.
• Strong root cause and corrective action skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a "get it done" attitude.
