Quality Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of automotive components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout the production cycle
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives
• Collaborate with production teams and engineers to communicate quality standards
• Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Process focused roles
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent
• Strong understanding of chassis or automotive assembly
