Quality Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and tests on battery modules or components to ensure they meet all quality standards and specifications
• Collect and analyze data from inspections and tests to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results, test data, and quality metrics
• Identify and document non-conformances and work with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions
• Provide training and support to production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices
• Ensure all quality control activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with inspection and testing equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and multimeters
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Manual dexterity to handle small components
• Capacity to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in quality control or manufacturing technology
• Experience in the automotive or battery industry
