Form Energy is an American manufacturing and energy technology company revolutionizing energy storage with cost-effective, multi-day technology designed to keep the electric grid secure and reliable. Our first high-volume manufacturing facility is located in West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Perform measurements, tests, inspections, and audits to support Product Control Plans
- Input inspection results into the Quality Management System
- Provide feedback on quality procedures and tools to achieve continuous improvement
- Maintain clean, organized inspection environments in receiving, metrology labs, and production floors
- Identify and flag changes or concerning variations in processes and materials
- Champion safety in all aspects of work
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in heavy manufacturing assembly or quality inspection
- Experience using metrology tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, microscopes, multimeters, CMMs, and optical comparators
- Experience using test equipment including tensile testers, wire harness testers, and ultrasonic testers
- Experience auditing to industry standards such as ISO 9001, NADCAP, ASTM, or IPC 610/620/J-STD-001
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
