Quality Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform product inspections, quality control audits, and first article inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Audit manufacturing processes for ESD handling practices, documentation, and process integrity.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams to perform complex testing and root cause research.
• Conduct calibration on inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gages.
• Maintain the gage tracking program and manage calibration records.
• Collect and evaluate statistical data to define and maintain product quality and reliability.
• Perform out of box audits (OBA) and receiving inspections as required.
• Research engineering test results and implement process changes to resolve quality issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience in a quality role.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
• Hands-on experience using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measurement tools.
