Quality Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform product inspections, audits, and first article inspections to ensure quality and reliability.
• Audit manufacturing processes, including ESD handling practices, documentation, and process integrity.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams to perform complex testing and root cause research.
• Conduct calibration on inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gages.
• Maintain the gage track program and manage calibration records.
• Collect and evaluate statistical data to identify deviations from existing standards and recommend modifications.
• Perform out of box audits (OBA) and receiving inspections as required.
• Manage scrap disposition at MRB and provide factory hold-ups to resolve issues with materials or manufacturing.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a quality technician role.
