About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform product inspections, audits, and first article inspections to ensure quality and reliability.
- Audit manufacturing processes, including ESD handling practices, documentation, and process integrity.
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams to perform complex testing and root cause research.
- Conduct calibration on inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gages.
- Maintain the gage track program and manage calibration records.
- Collect and evaluate statistical data to identify deviations from existing standards and recommend modifications.
- Perform out of box audits (OBA) and receiving inspections as required.
- Manage scrap disposition at MRB and provide factory hold-ups to resolve issues with materials or manufacturing.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Technical training or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a quality technician role.
