Quality Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform profile taking and participate in line startups to ensure correct process validation alongside the Manufacturing area
• Validate part numbers and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) indicators
• Execute and document laboratory tests on finished products to guarantee compliance with quality specifications
• Manage and control coffee capsule inventory to ensure availability for testing and validation
• Execute quality tests in accordance with internal procedures

Requirements

• Engineering or Technical degree in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field
• Experience with Flex SPC for statistical process control and FlexFlow for production flow management
• Knowledge of the Baan system for operational information administration
• Experience in manufacturing quality processes
• Knowledge of aesthetic plastic processes, including surface finishes and visual quality criteria
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Availability to work the night shift (Turno 3) with mid-week days off
• English language understanding is desirable
