About the role

Responsibilities

  • Operate lab testing instrumentation for moisture, protein, fat, and pH testing
  • Perform daily quality line sampling and evaluations on the plant floor
  • Prepare solutions and media required for laboratory tests
  • Conduct sensory evaluations on finished products
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records in LIMS
  • Perform raw milk testing and screening in accordance with PMO requirements
  • Follow all safety, GMP, and GLP rules
  • Monitor and report any product defects or unusual results to management

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a laboratory setting
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and rotating weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree in a related field
