About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform warranty and general investigations and sectioning/analysis of cut tire sections
- Conduct over-inspection of 100% inspection products and perform dock audits
- Classify and inspect tires according to QMD standards
- Verify mold specifications and ensure all tire information is legible and correct
- Perform dirty mold audits and serial checks
- Follow all plant rules, departmental safety policies, and chemical handling procedures (MSDS)
- Monitor and implement ESH procedures, policies, and legal requirements
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment with exposure to temperature swings and high heat
- Physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, push, pull, and operate machinery
- Ability to work shifts that may include evenings and weekends
