Quality Technician

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution and response of purges, inspection flags, deviations, and Material Review Board (MRB) items.
• Support the implementation of quality alerts and respond to routine quality issues within the Distribution Center.
• Liaise with the Inventory team to ensure proper material control of the MRB area.
• Support the ISO program through internal auditing and assistance with third-party audits.
• Assist with Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and contribute to maintaining quality metrics.
• Participate in daily Gemba walks and provide input for continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2+ years of related experience in a quality or technical role.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with PLM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders and customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with SAP and SAP PLM systems.
• Exposure to quality tools and techniques such as root cause and corrective actions.
• Vocational or technical background.
