Quality Technician

Responsibilities

• Inspect in-process or finished products for quality based on internal specifications
• Advise production teams when inspection results do not meet customer specifications
• Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on inspection equipment
• Routinely use measuring tools such as caliper gauges and micrometers
• Follow all job safety practices, including food safety and PPE requirements
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace according to 5S standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience in a production or manufacturing role
• Experience maintaining production or quality control equipment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review graphs and trends
• Ability to match colors
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience specifically as a Quality Technician in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with depth gauges, dial calipers, and/or automated gauges
