Quality Technician

Responsibilities

• Comply with internal quality, safety, and environmental standards and procedures
• Analyze technical documentation, working conditions, and measurement/testing equipment
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections and non-destructive testing (LP, PM, UT, and Visual) according to applicable standards
• Issue quality records, reports, and protocols in accordance with the Management System
• Identify, register, and address non-conformities, including conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
• Ensure all work is executed in compliance with technical and safety standards

Requirements

• Technical or Higher Education degree in Mechanics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Quality/Mechanical Technology
• Experience in metal-mechanical industry processes
• Proficiency in executing non-destructive testing (Liquid Penetrant – LP, Magnetic Particle – PM, and Ultrasonic – UT)
• Experience performing dimensional and visual testing
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
