Quality Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure and develop operational quality through proactive continuous improvement activities
• Lead or participate in root cause analysis regarding quality deviations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to quality-assure processes and products
• Support projects within Product Care, Existing Product Development (EPD), and New Product Development (NPD)
• Build test exchangers or prototypes for quality-related testing as required
• Generate statistics and analyses to drive quality improvements

Requirements

• Technical competence related to products and processes
• Knowledge of measurement technology, drafting, and materials science
• Ability to coordinate group activities and drive improvement work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in both Swedish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma competence
