About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide independent evaluation of materials, components, products, and work processes within the Quality System.
  • Review and inspect raw materials, components, subassemblies, packaging, and labeling to ensure quality compliance.
  • Verify and audit manufacturing processes and documentation, including batch records and inspection reports.
  • Execute quality testing of samples and identify/segregate nonconforming materials.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for nonconformances.
  • Assist the Engineering team with data analysis, troubleshooting, validations, and process improvement projects.
  • Support manufacturing lines by clarifying documentation and ensuring proper product release.
  • Prepare quality data for reports and support readiness activities for audits.

Requirements

  • Technical career degree.
  • 4 years of experience as a Quality Technician or in a related Quality Control role.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Systems and Engineering concepts.
  • Proficiency in statistical software such as Minitab or JMP.
  • Experience with blueprint reading and sampling techniques.
  • Ability to read and analyze numerical and statistical data.
  • Intermediate English level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Quality Technician (CQT) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) designation.
  • Previous experience assisting with validations, qualifications, or test methods.
