Quality Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day quality operations and manage Quality Technicians on assigned night shifts.
• Ensure daily compliance with corporate, regulatory, and governmental requirements, specifically Food Safety and HACCP standards.
• Lead shift operations to deliver product quality by ensuring processes and procedures meet Diageo specifications.
• Monitor the evaluation of finished product package quality, formula adherence, and the release of ingredients and raw materials.
• Oversee nonconforming and qualification product holds to ensure proper processing and disposition.
• Support the innovation and supply optimization agenda by facilitating the qualification of new or modified brands.
• Champion site food safety and personnel safety agendas to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Packaging, Chemistry, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2 years of demonstrated experience in team leadership or management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 standards.
• Ability to work night shifts and cover assigned weekend shifts to support a 24/7 operation.
• Strong communication, writing, organization, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a bottling company or similar manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of TTB and State regulations pertaining to the production of alcoholic beverages.
• Proven ability to diagnose, design, and implement solutions within a manufacturing setting.
