Quality Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control processes in the solar manufacturing plant to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications
• Supervise, mentor, and train quality technicians and inspectors
• Conduct inspections and audits throughout the production process to detect defects or deviations
• Enforce adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant quality and environmental standards
• Implement and monitor corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues
• Manage supplier quality issues and address customer concerns regarding product quality

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment (solar or electronics preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing principles
• Hands-on experience with FMEA, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• English proficiency
